Our mission is to be the UK’s most renowned TikTok marketing agency and we want you to be a part of this journey.</p><h3>The Role:</h3><p>As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators and affiliates through TikTok's Affiliate Center. You’ll play a key role in building affiliate strategies, activating talent, and turning creators into high-performing sales drivers for our clients' TikTok Shops.</p><h3>Affiliate Recruitment&Activation</h3><ul><li>Use TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to identify and recruit suitable creators for our brand clients</li><li>Outreach, negotiate, and onboard creators to participate in affiliate campaigns</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, introducing robust rewarding schemes</li></ul><h3>Campaign Management</h3><ul><li>Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings</li><li>Monitor daily activity and performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV and Affiliate %)</li><li>Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and creator effectiveness</li></ul><h3>Collaboration&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the Department Lead, content&paid teams, and clients to ensure alignment between product selection and creator strategy</li><li>Liaise with creators to provide support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Optimisation</h3><ul><li>Track and report on affiliate campaign results using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools</li><li>Share performance insights with internal stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly</li><li>Continuously test and iterate to improve results over time.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)</li><li>Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform: trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.</li><li>Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/influencer programs.</li><li>Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts.</li><li>Strong communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Startup or agency background is a big plus.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience managing DTC eCommerce stores.</li><li>Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social.</li><li>Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features.</li><li>Working knowledge of tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eComm platforms.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>You will be part of a world‑class team made up of high-performing individuals.</li><li>You will gain deep insight into how high-growth brands scale using creative strategy and paid social.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
