DescriptionOntime Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aesthetic services and wellness packages helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through personalized consultations and guidance.Your passion for aesthetics along with your exceptional sales skills will be key to driving growth and ensuring our clients satisfaction.Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to understand their aesthetic desires and needsProvide expert advice on appropriate aesthetic services and wellness packagesConduct consultations and assessments for potential clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsAchieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective sales strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and eventsStay updated on industry trends new products and competition in the aesthetic marketAssist in organizing workshops events and seminars to promote servicesRequirementsProven experience in sales preferably within the aesthetics beauty hair transplant or wellness industryStrong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport and trust with clientsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targetsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusBenefitsSalary plus benefitsRequired Experience:Contract#J-18808-Ljbffr
