Contract Advocate (Indian/Malayalee)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Advocate to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of contract law. As an Indian or Malayalee advocate, you will have a deep understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to effectively communicate with clients in English. This is a contract position and accommodation will not be provided.Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of contract law- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations- Represent clients in court proceedings related to contract disputes- Communicate effectively with clients in English- Maintain accurate and organized case filesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university- At least 5 years of experience as an Advocate specializing in contract law- Deep understanding of the legal system in the UAE- Excellent communication skills in English- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided.If you are a skilled Contract Advocate with a passion for providing high-quality legal services, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
