Advocate – El-Fujairah, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Advocate to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation for our clients on a full‑time basis.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be knowledgeable about the law, and have experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates who are native English speakers or have strong English language skills. We need an individual who can start immediately.ResponsibilitiesOffering legal advice to clients in a timely mannerRepresenting clients in court proceedingsResearching and gathering evidenceDrafting legal documents such as contracts and pleadingsNegotiating settlements with opposing partiesKeeping up with changes in legislation that could affect clients’ casesAssisting with documentation preparation and filing paperwork related to casesQualificationsDegree in Law or equivalent qualification from an accredited school of lawLegal license from the UAE Bar Association preferred but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and research skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentNationality: Indian (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
