In return we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect value creation collaboration integrity and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do.</p><h3>Job Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS) to provide value‑added engineering solutions</li><li>Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements</li><li>Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines; Delivery of model sections for integration</li><li>Working to specification for model areas</li><li>Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing</li></ul><h3>Job Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in the field of Simulation&Digitalization field</li><li>Bachelors degree in chemical engineering</li><li>Masters degree is preferable</li><li>Hands on experience for commissioning OTS in Refining Petrochemical and Polymer process units</li><li>OTS implementation experience in OMEGALAND SOFTWARE would be an added advantage</li></ul><h3>Job Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills</li><li>Good leadership skills</li><li>Knowledge of working on DCS platforms</li></ul><p>Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
