Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Administrator to join the resort’s Cage Department Team.ResponsibilitiesHandle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and setting up meetingsAssist and act as a go-between for the Team on HR related inquiries and concernsMaintain a polite and professional communication via all means of communicationDevelop and maintain a filing system and a departmental centralized contact listLiaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle document requestsMaintain supplies inventory by checking stock inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipts of suppliesExpected to take on various tasks as assigned based on evolving needs of the departmentAbout YouHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 - 3 years related work experience, preferably in a gaming environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent with written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and analytical with strong documentation and computer skillsMust be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming licenseAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
