Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Specialist with CRM Expertise and Receptionist DutiesResponsibilities:Efficiently manage administrative tasks office operations and receptionist duties.Utilize CRM software(e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to organize and maintain customer data.Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails and facilitate effective communication within the team.Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.Manage the front desk including answering phones directing inquiries and maintaining a tidy reception area.Support the team with relevant administrative duties.Supports HR department and Accounts Dept.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.Immediate joineeProficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience in receptionist duties is a plus.Age: 30 years old or above.If interested please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your CRM experience and any relevant receptionist experience.Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Marketing & Sales,Construction Equipment,Biomedical,Air Conditioning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 3500 - 4000
