Administrative Manager Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing administrative tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month and accommodation provided. The role is open to Malayalees and Egyptians, with no English language requirement.Responsibilities:Manage administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence.Oversee the work of administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.Handle budgeting and financial management for the administrative department.Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative management role.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam or Arabic.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.This is an urgent position, so interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
