Administrative Manager Civil Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead administrative operations and office management for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. This role will ensure efficient coordination of administrative functions to support project teams and senior leadership.Key RequirementsMinimum 10 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial roleProven experience managing administrative support within large projects or corporate environmentsStrong organisational coordination and people management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systemsExperience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction projects is highly advantageousMiddle East, particularly UAE, experience is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesManage day to day administrative operations of the programme officeSupervise and coordinate administrative staff and support personnelOversee document management, correspondence, and office proceduresCoordinate meetings, logistics, travel arrangements, and eventsEnsure effective filing systems and administrative processes are maintainedSupport onboarding, facilities coordination, and office servicesLiaise with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders as requiredMonitor administrative budgets and resource requirementsQualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experienceAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
