Job Description
Job DescriptionWhat you will be doingReporting to the General Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager including calendar management correspondence meeting preparation and travel coordination as requiredDraft edit and manage correspondence reports presentations and other documentation on behalf of the General ManagerServe as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal departments ownership groups corporate offices and external stakeholdersCoordinate and attend meetings including Executive Committee meetings taking accurate minutes and following up on action itemsManage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalismManage special projects and assignments as directed by the General ManagerAssist in the planning and execution of VIP visits and special projectsMaintain an organized and efficient office environment anticipating the needs of the General Manager and proactively addressing themOrganize and maintain files records and documents in an efficient and secure mannerUphold the highest standards of discretion hospitality and professionalism in all interactionsAssist in the Hotel Operation as neededAll other duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or related field (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Demonstrated expertise in calendar management scheduling and travel arrangementsAbility to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretionExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProactive approach to work with a strong attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureCultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse international environmentRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
