<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3></br><p>To provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth operation of the bank’s office functions and assist departments in completing daily tasks efficiently.</p></br></br><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.</li></br><li>Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other correspondence.</li></br><li>Maintain and update office records, databases, and schedules.</li></br><li>Support internal communication and coordination between departments.</li></br><li>Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and other internal activities.</li></br><li>Ensure all documents and records are properly archived and maintained.</li></br></ul></br></br><h3>Education</h3></br><ul></br><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage).</li></br></ul></br></br><h3>Other Skills&Requirements</h3></br><ul></br><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.</li></br><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li></br><li>Good understanding of office administration and banking work environment.</li></br><li>Professional behavior, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li></br><li>Reliable, discreet, and able to manage time effectively.</li></br></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
