Job Description

A leading organization based in Dubai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management.Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems.Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with presentations.Support internal teams with documentation and operational requirements.Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic office management tasks.Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field/ High school degree.1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
