Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide day to day administrative and coordination support for a complex large scale infrastructure programme.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of administrative experience preferably within large projects or corporate environmentsStrong organisational and document management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholdersPrior experience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction projects is highly advantageousMiddle East particularly UAE experience is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the programme team and senior staffManage correspondence reports and project documentationCoordinate meetings calendars and travel arrangementsPrepare minutes of meetings presentations and routine reportsMaintain filing systems and document control in line with project requirementsSupport onboarding activities and general office coordinationLiaise with internal departments contractors and external stakeholders as requiredQualifications : Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experienceAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
