<div><p><b>Urgent hiring</b></p><p>We are seeking a reliable and organized HR/ office administrator to support our daily office operations and help ensure smooth administrative&HR processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at handling multiple tasks efficiently.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee daily administrative and office tasks</li><li>Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence</li><li>Maintain, organize, and update records, files, and documentation</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and team members</li><li>Accurately enter data and maintain databases</li><li>Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and follow company procedures</li><li>Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes</li><li>Track attendance, leaves, and employee records</li><li>Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations</li><li>Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other office tools</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently</li><li>High attention to detail with a professional and proactive attitude</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
