As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to ensure seamless office operations and contribute meaningfully to our organization's success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while working collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and flexibilityHandle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate team members in a professional and courteous mannerPrepare, edit, and organize various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office SuiteAssist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and financial documentationOrganize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information and support organizational efficiencyCoordinate office supplies inventory, analyze usage patterns, and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levelsAssist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, meetings, and special initiativesProvide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, adapting to changing priorities and organizational needsGreet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming office environment that reflects our organization's valuesPerform general office maintenance tasks and troubleshoot basic office equipment issuesSupport the team in achieving departmental goals through proactive problem-solving and collaborative teamworkQualificationsMust be a UAE National (mandatory requirement)1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ArabicExceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentBasic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge with familiarity with financial documentationProficiency in office equipment operation and maintenanceStrong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutionsProfessional demeanor, reliability, and punctualityKnowledge of UAE business practices, culture, and professional etiquetteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred)Familiarity with office management software and digital communication tools (preferred)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion#J-18808-Ljbffr
