<div><h3><b>Reporting To: Admin / Operations Manager</b></h3><h3><b>Job Description:</b></h3><ul><li>Act as the central coordination point for the company’s operational and commercial workflow.</li><li>Coordinate and track end-to-end operational processes across departments, including supplier and employee management.</li><li>Maintain and manage operational trackers, data records, and documentation related to agreements, contracts, service execution and suppliers</li><li>Coordinate with Key Account Managers, Finance, Payroll, HR, and other internal teams to collect required operational inputs and documentation.</li><li>Oversee supplier management including onboarding, bookings, documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.</li><li>Support employee administration, including training schedules, bookings, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Monitor workflow timelines and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.</li><li>Maintain centralized operational trackers for agreements, contracts, job cards, and sales orders</li><li>Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure operational steps are completed on time.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and workflow status updates for senior management.</li><li>Identify workflow gaps, delays, or documentation issues and elevate when required.</li><li>Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills</li><li>Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and administrative abilities</li><li>Data-savvy with strong Excel and tracker management skills</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Analytical mindset to identify operational risks and inefficiencies</li></ul><h3><b>Experience&Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>5–6 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, commercial operations, or administrative operations roles</li><li>Experience in manual, documentation-intensive operational environments</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools</li><li>Preferred: Candidates with experience in construction project coordination, oil&gas project coordination, manpower supply operations, or commercial operations environments</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
