<div><p>We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations within a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations</li><li>Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping</li><li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications</li><li>Assist in procurement and inventory of office supplies</li><li>Support HR and finance teams with administrative requirements</li><li>Ensure proper coordination with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>6 months to 2 years of administrative experience</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work independently</li><li>Willing to work in Sharjah</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
