Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager with a background in the UAE real estate sector to oversee and manage administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, supervise administrative staff, coordinate with sales and property management teams, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and real estate regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the real estate office.Supervise and guide the administration team, reception, and support staff.Ensure proper management of property listings, documentation, and filing systems.Coordinate with sales, leasing, and marketing teams to support business operations.Monitor portal listings (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality.Handle office management tasks including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.Maintain and update records, contracts, and company documentation.Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.Support HR with onboarding coordination, attendance records, and internal documentation when required.Prepare administrative reports and performance summaries for management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry.Strong knowledge of real estate portals and documentation processes.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with real estate brokers, listing teams, and marketing departments.Familiarity with UAE real estate compliance and documentation procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
