BizGate is a Middle East leading consultancy agency based in Dubai since 2010. We are looking for an effective and motivated ADMIN OFFICE COORDINATOR. The successful candidate must have proven experience in accounts and office management.The objective of Role:To support the overall administration that ensures an engaged, highly skilled and cohesive workforce.Key accountabilities:Maintain the office administration dutiesSupport Managers in terms of admin mattersHandle invoices / Handle petty cash / daily tabulationsSupport HR in ad-hoc HR and Admin related dutiesSupport relevant departments in admin matters (Eg; Liaising with suppliers, contractors etc)Maintain filing and audit requirementsLiaise with suppliers, external & internal stakeholdersConsolidate weekly sales reportRequirements:Accounting & Corporate Finance, Excel and Word professional level is a mustDetailed and Deadline OrientedReporting SkillsConfidentialityTime ManagementData Entry ManagementGeneral Math SkillsAt least 1 -2 year of working experience in the related position is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
