Location: OnSite (Dubai)Job Type: FullTimeIndustry: iGamingEligibility: Only Indian CandidatesJob SummaryWe are looking for a detailoriented and highly organized Admin / Back Office Coordinator to support our daytoday operations in the fastpaced iGaming industry. This role requires strong administrative skills multitasking ability and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth backoffice functioning and support key operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily administrative and operational support across departmentsManage and maintain accurate records files and internal databasesCoordinate documentation related to compliance onboarding and employee dataAssist in processing internal requests reports and correspondenceLiaise with HR finance and customer support teams to streamline workflowsTrack and organize inventory office supplies and logisticsPrepare reports meeting notes and presentations as neededEnsure timely followup on internal tasks and deliverablesSupport internal communication and coordination between crossfunctional teamsRequirementsProven experience in an administrative or backoffice coordination role (experience in iGaming is a strong plus)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and/or Google WorkspaceAttention to detail with a proactive approach to problemsolvingAbility to handle confidential information with integrityBachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferredFluency in English is requiredPreferredExperience in the iGaming or online entertainment industryFamiliarity with CRM tools ticketing systems or basic compliance processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
