DescriptionApt Resources is hiring a Admin Assistant for our client a specialized engineering and technical services company operating across the GCC region. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in a small or mediumsized company within the engineering maintenance or service industry. The ideal candidate should be organized proactive and possess strong logic and common sense.Key ResponsibilitiesExpense Entry and Record KeepingEnter and update daily operational and projectrelated expenses in the accounting softwareEnsure financial records are properly documented and easy to retrieve when neededInvoice PreparationPrepare and issue proforma invoices for service and technical jobsEnsure invoices are accurate complete and shared with clients on timeDocumentation ManagementCompile and share documents required by clients including gate passes and job sheetsCoordinate with the PRO for document submissions and followupsLogistics and Shipment CoordinationCommunicate with suppliers and logistics companies to track and schedule deliveriesKeep updated records of all incoming items and follow up on any pending consignmentsAdministrative SupportPerform general office tasks such as filing scanning printing and organizing recordsSupport the office team with daily administrative tasksRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative role preferably within the engineering or technical services industryStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareFamiliarity with engineering concepts and terminology is a plusAbility to work in a fastpaced environment and manage deadlines effectivelyBenefitsSalary: AED#J-18808-Ljbffr
