Our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction has propelled us to the forefront of the Consulting, Training and Conferences landscapes.</p><p>From our humble beginnings to our present status as a global market leader, we take pride in our global footprint, and the transformative impact we have had on industries.</p><p>With over 25+ years of excellence in accelerating careers and transforming organizations, we are a trusted partner for our B2B and B2C clients.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative and operational suppor t to the sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, trainers, and internal teams.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, ensuring timely dispatch and tracking of documents, training materials, and essential packages.</li><li>Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding their skills, certifications, and availability.</li><li>Assist in processing sales orders related to training sessions, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and timely execution.</li><li>Prepare training schedules, contracts, proposals, and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on client requests, quotations, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Organize and maintain all relevant sales and trainer-related documentation, ensuring it is easily accessible for future reference.</li><li>Ensure all trainer and client interactions, schedules, and feedback are accurately recorded in the CRM system to streamline operations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.</li><li>Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in admin coordination, or administrative roles are mandatory.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling clients and vendors</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Employment Visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Annual Air Ticket (Home Country)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
