The successful candidate will deliver lectures for the post graduate program of Engineering Management for the subject Modelling of Engineering Management Systems.The educator should have strong knowledge and practical experience in:Quantitative modelling techniques for engineering managementLinear programming and optimisation modelsSimulation tools and techniques, especially:Arena Simulation SoftwareExcel SolverCrystal BallSimQuickTreePlanDecision analysis and support systemsExperimental design and ANOVARegression analysis and statistical modellingUse of software like Excel (with add‑ins), JMP, SPSS, PhSTATThe candidate is expected to work in accordance with the course curriculum and teaching plans, as well as take attendance and be involved in marking.Offer consultation times to students outside of classroom hoursLiaise with subject coordinator before, during and at the end of the semester sessionComplete grading of student work in a timely fashion, using clear rubrics, and with constructive feedbackInput the grades into the student interface software (SMP), and complete subject report for the end of semester (training will be provided)Manage the acquisition of necessary suppliesExperience in using innovative approaches to teaching is also desirableSelection criteria – Qualifications, Education, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsPhD in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations ResearchMaster's degree in the above subjects with relevant industry experience in senior leadershipPrior experience teaching postgraduate‑level courses in engineering or managementFamiliarity with face‑to‑face (F2F) delivery and blended learning environmentsAbility to guide students through empirical as
