Acquisition Associate - AUH Global Realty

OverviewThis job/vacancy will be based on a fixed term contract 12 months (Contract) up for renewal or transition to permanent contract. The Acquisition Associate will support the Middle East Real Estate team part of Amazons Africa Middle East & Turkey Operations Real Estate organization. The Amazon AMET Real Estate team is responsible for the timely completion of property transactions including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space in AMET Region. This role will focus on supporting the expansion of Amazon dark stores network.ResponsibilitiesSupport the AMET Real Estate team with property transactions (acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations, reconfiguration) for Amazon warehouses.Assist in acquiring/searching for commercial real estate (retail, warehouses, offices).Contribute to expansion of Amazon dark stores network.Coordinate with stakeholders and manage acquisition-related activities (project management is an advantage but role does not involve construction).Qualifications / Required ExperienceExperience in acquiring/searching for commercial real estate (retail, warehouses, offices).Understanding of Abu Dhabi commercial real estate market.Driver's license.Project management experience is an advantage (not involved in construction, focus on acquisition management).Required Experience: Exec.Additional InformationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
