Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Accounts Receivables and Credit Collection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time.You will interface with customers, vendors and various Technogym Departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes, improve cash flow and minimize the risk of collections and past dues/defaults.Working Days - Monday to FridayYour ImpactSupport the Finance Manager in analyzing the correct risk level and ensuring the right balanced approach between business opportunities and risk levels in payment terms and collections/defaultsSupport the Sales Team in negotiating payment terms and collectionsGuarantee that Company Credit Management procedures are implemented according to local requirements and HQ guidelinesMonitor and manage daily overdue payments and accounts receivable with expertise in collectionsMinimize overdue recovery targetsCoordinate with external consultants/legal counselEnsure accurate reporting and analysisGuarantee timely, professional management of risks, costs and revenues relating to the Financial Services portfolioMaintain and properly update the A/R statement, including due dates, payment methods and litigationEstablish close relationships with local lease and credit partnersVerify, on a daily basis, the consistency between bank statements and customer statements Reconcile bank statements with the G/L bank accountMaintain and update the customer database together with Customer ServiceAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You excel in managing customer relationships and handling conflict.What you should bring:3-5 years' experience in a similar roleBackground in collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury or similar areasKnowledge of payment terms, banking and risk assessmentBasic knowledge of balance sheet, risk assessment and risk mitigation techniquesStrong analytical and calculation skills, including accounting expertise, and attention to detailKnowledge of trade financing, trading risk management and capital investment practicesExperience in credit management, vendor partnership and agreement techniquesKnowledge of commercial law, Excel , SAPTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
