Move with us for a better world!</p><h3>Your Role</h3><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical<b>Accounts Receivables and Credit Collection Specialist</b>. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected on time.</p><p>You will interface with customers, vendors and various Technogym Departments to facilitate financial and accounting processes, improve cash flow and minimize the risk of collections and past dues/defaults.</p><p>Working Days - Monday to Friday</p><h3>Your Impact</h3><ul><li>Support the Finance Manager in analyzing the correct risk level and ensuring the right balanced approach between business opportunities and risk levels in payment terms and collections/defaults</li><li>Support the Sales Team in negotiating payment terms and collections</li><li>Guarantee that Company Credit Management procedures are implemented according to local requirements and HQ guidelines</li></ul><p>Monitor and manage daily overdue payments and accounts receivable with expertise in collections</p><ul><li>Minimize overdue recovery targets</li><li>Coordinate with external consultants/legal counsel</li><li>Ensure accurate reporting and analysis</li><li>Guarantee timely, professional management of risks, costs and revenues relating to the Financial Services portfolio</li><li>Maintain and properly update the A/R statement, including due dates, payment methods and litigation</li><li>Establish close relationships with local lease and credit partners</li><li>Verify, on a daily basis, the consistency between bank statements and customer statements Reconcile bank statements with the G/L bank account</li><li>Maintain and update the customer database together with Customer Service</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You excel in managing customer relationships and handling conflict.</p><p>What you should bring:</p><ul><li>3-5 years' experience in a similar role</li><li>Background in collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury or similar areas</li><li>Knowledge of payment terms, banking and risk assessment</li><li>Basic knowledge of balance sheet, risk assessment and risk mitigation techniques</li><li>Strong analytical and calculation skills, including accounting expertise, and attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of trade financing, trading risk management and capital investment practices</li><li>Experience in credit management, vendor partnership and agreement techniques</li><li>Knowledge of commercial law, Excel , SAP</li></ul><h3>Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer</h3><p>Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
