Job Description

PurposeoftheRole:TheAccountsReceivableisresponsibleformanagingthecompany’sincomingpayments,ensuringtimelycollectionofreceivables,maintainingaccuratefinancialrecords,andsupportingthefinanceteaminmaintaininghealthycashflowwithinthehospitalityoperations.KeyResponsibilities:Manageandmonitorallaccountsreceivabletransactionsandensuretimelyinvoicing.Followuponoutstandingpaymentsandmaintainstrongcommunicationwithclientsandinternaldepartments.Reconcilecustomeraccountsandresolveanydiscrepanciesinbillingorpayments.Prepareregularaccountsreceivablereports,agingreports,andcollectionupdates.Ensureaccuratepostingofreceipts,creditnotes,andadjustmentsintheaccountingsystem.Coordinatewiththesales,reservations,andfrontofficeteamstoverifybillinginformation.Supportmonth-endclosingactivitiesrelatedtoreceivables.Maintainproperdocumentationandcompliancewithcompanyfinancialpoliciesandprocedures.Requirements:Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield.2+yearsofexperienceinAccountsReceivable,withinthehospitalityindustryisaMUST.ProfessionalcertificationsuchasACCA,CFA,orCA(completedorinprogress)isrequired.Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandfinancialreconciliation.ProficiencyinaccountingsystemsandMicrosoftExcel.Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.Goodcommunicationandproblem-solvingabilities.PreferredSkills:ExperiencewithhospitalityaccountingsystemsorERPplatforms.Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentandmeetdeadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
