This role supports financial integrity by ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and adherence to company policies while contributing to smooth financial operations across CARMA's global business.Role & ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and in a timely mannerVerify invoice documentation, approvals, coding, and compliance with company policies and contractual termsMaintain vendor records and manage supplier communications professionally and efficientlyPrepare payment runs (bank transfers, cheques, or other payment methods) according to agreed schedulesReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptlyAssist with month-end closing activities including accruals, reconciliations, and reportingSupport audits by providing required documentation and explanationsEnsure compliance with financial controls, tax requirements, and accounting standardsCollaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams globally to ensure smooth financial workflowsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounts payable functionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably in a corporate or multinational environmentSolid understanding of accounting principles and internal controlsExperience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., MS Dynamics or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information#J-18808-Ljbffr
