Job Description
Accounts Manager Job Description (Brief) We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the companys financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The role involves overseeing AP/AR, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with internal controls.Candidates with retail experience will be given added advantage. Preferred Candidate: Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting activities including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management. Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense controls. Ensure compliance with VAT/tax regulations and coordinate with auditors. Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes. Collaborate with management for strategic financial planning. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant accounting or finance experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software/ any erp Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Retail experience is an added advantage
