Founded on the principles of safety quality and environmental stewardship Orbit ISS is committed to providing world-class services and technology that help our clients address complex challenges in the oil gas marine and renewable energy sectors.Visit our website at to learn more...Role Overview:Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting & Systems Executive (HR & Finance) with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & FinanceManage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger bank reconciliations and payroll processing.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements management reports and forecasts.Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards VAT regulations tax requirements and internal financial policies.Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.Monitor financial data to identify trends variances and cost optimization opportunities.Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.Handle project-based accounting activities particularly for engineering and service-related projects.HR & Systems SupportManage payroll coordination and employee financial records.Support HR financial processes including leave settlements EOSB calculations and employee expense tracking.Utilize ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle Salesforce SAP Business One SAP Ariba Zoho Books and Zoho Recruit for financial reporting HR coordination and operational tracking.Collaborate with HR Procurement and Operations teams to ensure financial data aligns with workforce and project performance.RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).Minimum 35 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles preferably within oil & gas EPC or industrial sectors.Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems including Oracle Salesforce SAP Business One SAP Ariba Zoho Books and Zoho Recruit (mandatory).Solid knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.Experience with VAT filing UAE tax regulations and statutory financial compliance.Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.Prior experience with project-based accounting in engineering or service industries is an advantage.Preferred Philippines Nationality.
