Job Description

Our client is a global professional services organisation operating across multiple regions. Known for its collaborative culture and international footprint, the company supports a wide range of industries and delivers high‑quality expertise to its partners and clients.ResponsibilitiesManage and process regional payments including professional disbursements, supplier invoices, expenses, salaries and partner‑related paymentsPost property‑related fees and land registry chargesHandle all supplier‑related activities from invoice posting to payment executionLiaise with international accounts payable teams on vendor details, credits and correct invoice postingsSupport daily bank activities including tracking receipts, executing payments and monitoring tax and rent transactionsPerform bank verifications and reconciliations as requiredMaintain segregation of duties and ensure appropriate approval levels for all banking and expense activitiesPost ad hoc direct debits and provide movement reports to external accountantsManage cheque banking and resolve payment‑related queriesCollaborate with revenue operations teams to enhance finance processesRun office credit reports and investigate discrepanciesOwn and manage the local payroll cycle, including preparation of monthly payroll documents and coordination with external providersMaintain accurate records of employee changes including joiners, leavers and salary updatesHandle pension contributions, allowances and partner salary adjustmentsSupport billing activities, ensuring accuracy of invoices and correct VAT/GST treatmentCoordinate with global billing teams to improve processes and maintain complianceSort daily incoming postMaintain strong internal controls across cash, expenses, procurement and bank accessPrepare and submit documentation required for auditsAssist in completing tax‑related forms for international clientsProvide financial documentation to accountants as required, including statements and receiptsMonitor and post internal company database (ICAP) requestsSupport ad hoc finance tasks as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience of over 3 years in office accountingExperience within a professional services finance departmentCandidates must be based in the UAEStrong customer support and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCompetent user of Microsoft Excel and WordFamiliarity with 3E accounting software preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
