Accounting Specialist (Dubai / Relocation)DubaiOverviewAs an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of assigned projects, including transaction processing, expense verification, and financial report preparation. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, support business decision-making through timely and precise financial analysis, and help maintain a sound financial management framework.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting transactions such as expense reimbursements, revenue recognition, and cost accounting, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements). Provide management with relevant reports and insights to support decision-making.Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, analyze budget variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support departmental and project-level financial planning.Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Participate in the establishment and maintenance of internal financial control policies to ensure compliance and financial security.Support external audit processes by preparing and providing required financial information and documentation to ensure smooth completion of audits.RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting standards and principles.Experience using financial or accounting software; candidates with accounting certifications are preferred.Minimum of 3 years of accounting or financial experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
