Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, and the integrity of the companys financial operations. The role requires hands‑on experience in auditing, IFRS, and knowledge of UK, USA, and Dubai accounting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE, UK, and USA financial reporting standards.Lead internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth processes.Prepare financial statements, reports, and management dashboards.Monitor regulatory changes and implement required compliance measures.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in F&B, FMCG or multinational companies.Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and UAE accounting standards.Hands‑on experience with audits and financial compliance.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Key CompetenciesAttention to detail and high level of integrity.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
