Accounting Intern

We are looking for a motivated Finance Accounting Intern to join our Finance Department, supporting the Accounts Receivable (AR) function.ResponsibilitiesAs an AR Intern, you will support the team in:Accurately recording and processing customer invoices in a timely manner.Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments.Assisting in reconciling Accounts Receivable balances with the general ledger.Coordinating with finance team members to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Supporting the improvement of collection procedures to enhance the company’s cash flow.Tracking and updating payment records within accounting systems.Maintaining accurate and well-organized financial files and documentation.Assisting in identifying and escalating overdue payments when required.Reviewing financial information for accuracy under supervision.Ensuring the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Ability to work with accounting systems.Strong communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
