If you’re ready to step into a key financial role, read on.Key ResponsibilitiesCore FunctionsMaintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial record-keepingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProcess invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll transactionsSupport external audits and ensure timely documentationCollaboration & CommunicationLiaise with internal departments to clarify billing or budget-related queriesCoordinate with banks and external vendors on financial mattersAssist management with financial forecasting and budgetingEnsure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standardsPerformance & ReportingMonitor financial transactions and ensure reconciliation of accountsGenerate reports to track expenses, revenue, and profitabilityIdentify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issuesRecommend improvements to accounting proceduresRequirements2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAEProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS ExcelStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldFluency in English (verbal and written)Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesSalary & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: 4,000 – 8,000 AED (based on experience)Work Visa sponsorshipMedical insurance30 days of paid annual leaveOngoing training and a supportive team cultureWork ArrangementType: Full-time, on-site positionNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
