Apply now and take your career to new heights!Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National who is passionate about accounting and eager to grow within a dynamic charter aviation environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies and international accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare record and reconcile invoices payments and receipts with accuracy and completeness.Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.Ensure timely billing to clients for charter and aviation services supported by proper documentation.Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables maintaining healthy aging and cash flow.Verify vendor invoices match with purchase orders/contracts and process payments within agreed timelines.Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly resolving discrepancies promptly.Assist in continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controlsCoordinate with internal departments and external partners for financial matters.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.SkillsBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.A minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts or Finance related role(Preferred).Proficient Knowledge of accounts receivable & payableStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficient in Word MS Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred).Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.EducationAccounts for FinanceRequired Experience:Junior IC Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Machine Shop,B2C,Account Management,Bus Driving,Administration Support Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
