The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while coordinating closely with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle accounting, including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month‑end/year‑end closingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRSEnsure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filing, reconciliation, and coordination with the FTAOversee payroll accounting and ensure compliance with UAE labor and WPS requirementsMonitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts; provide variance analysis and recommendationsCoordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banksMaintain proper documentation and internal controls to support audits and management reviewsReview and approve journal entries, expense reports, and payment requestsSupport management with financial analysis, reports, and decision‑making insightsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage)Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with mandatory UAE experienceStrong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and local compliance requirementsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesWarm regards,Creative HRC Team#J-18808-Ljbffr
