Accountant - SAP

Internal Duties3/5 years of working experience with a multinational company in a responsible accounting roleMaintaining and keeping general ledger accounts reconciled on a regular basis.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions which includes customer & vendor Invoicing on SAP B1 in coordination with Procurement & Logistics deptChecking and processing of staff expense claims via a reimbursement processPreparation of monthly payroll and bank reconciliationsFiling of documents including bank transactions, sales & purchase invoices, journal vouchers etc.Facilitate customer collections and optimize cash flow managementFacilitate & assist in timely and accurate month-end & year-end close and auditing processesKnowledge of analytical and reporting skills from managements perspectiveKnowledge of VAT & CT regulations of UAE and respective tax return filingFamiliarity with compliance & regulatory framework of prominent MNC's & authoritiesCompetencies1. SkillsExcellent communication skills with fluency in writing and speakingOffice 365 tools (Word, Excel, PPT, OneDrive)Hands on experience on SAP B1Experience of other known international accounting software platformsHigh-level organization skills considering that one of the core duties involve record keeping, CRM, filing etc.2.
