Accountant - Real Estate

On behalf of our client - a premium real estate development & services company in Dubai, we are looking for an Accountant to oversee and manage their day to day accounting operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing tax invoices and receipts, processing payments and preparing statements of accounts. You will also maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy & compliance with accounting standards & regulations and assisting with financial audits, VAT & corporate tax filing.RequirementsBachelors Degree holder in Accountancy /Finance.Minimum 5 years of experience within real estate / constructions sectors.Hands on experience in using accounting softwares and proficient in MS Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
