ORG UAC delivers innovative and high-quality packaging solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring excellent service and support.Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting month-end closing activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and suppliers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Essential Responsible Areas:Process supplier invoices with accuracy and timelinessReconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepanciesSupport monthly closing and reporting activitiesMaintain financial data integrity and adherence to internal controlsCollaborate with procurement, operations, and suppliers to resolve AP issuesAssist with additional accounting and finance tasks as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or related (essential).Minimum of 1 year or more of accounting work experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsSound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
