ORG UAC delivers innovative and high-quality packaging solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring excellent service and support.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting month-end closing activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and suppliers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.</p><h3>Essential Responsible Areas:</h3><ul><li>Process supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Support monthly closing and reporting activities</li><li>Maintain financial data integrity and adherence to internal controls</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, operations, and suppliers to resolve AP issues</li><li>Assist with additional accounting and finance tasks as needed</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related (essential).</li><li>Minimum of 1 year or more of accounting work experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
