This is a key role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.What You’ll Be DoingManage day-to-day accounting activities across general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, credit notes, and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.Perform bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders.Assist with payment preparation, verification, and tracking.Ensure correct VAT treatment and adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.Prepare financial reports, schedules, and support internal and external audits.Partner with internal teams including Sales, Operations, HR, and Procurement on accounting-related matters.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Zoho) and strong Excel skills.High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Why Join Us?At Messe Frankfurt Saudi Arabia, you’ll be part of a growing finance team supporting a dynamic portfolio of international exhibitions.
