We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage the accounts for all the branches of our company.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Manage the full accounting cycle</b>including monthly and annual closing, intercompany reconciliation, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.</li><li><b>Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations</b>, including accurate filing, timely submissions, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with tax advisors when required.</li><li><b>Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable</b>, ensuring accurate entries, timely payments/collections, vendor management, and proper follow-up with internal departments and external stakeholders.</li><li><b>Conduct regular bank reconciliations</b>, verify transactions, and maintain accurate financial records in alignment with company policies.</li><li><b>Monitor and manage cash flow</b>, ensuring funds availability for operations and recommending corrective actions to management when needed.</li><li><b>Prepare budgeting and financial forecasting</b>for all group companies, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to support strategic planning and management decision‑making.</li><li><b>Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities</b>for annual audits, financial reviews, and compliance‑related requirements.</li><li><b>Maintain and update accounting systems in Zoho Books</b>, ensuring all data is accurate, current, and reflecting real‑time business operations.</li><li><b>Generate financial reports and MIS dashboards</b>for management, providing timely financial analysis, cost‑control recommendations, and performance tracking across the group.</li><li><b>Support new business initiatives</b>, providing financial feasibility studies, cost analysis, and recommendations to help evaluate potential business opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>5 years of accounting experience in the UAE</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>UAE accounting procedures, VAT, and corporate tax compliance and budget forecasting</b>.</li><li><b>Proficiency in Zoho Books</b>.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary package (AED 7,000 – 9,000).</li><li>Medical Insurance as per the company policy.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding group of companies.</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
