OverviewSenior Accountant - Lusail, QatarWe are currently hiring for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting softwareMonitor and analyze monthly budget vs. actual expensesPrepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statementEnsure compliance with local accounting regulations and standardsReconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivableIdentify areas for cost reduction and implement efficient processesAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsProvide support for month-end and year-end close processesRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 3 years of experience as an accountant or related roleProficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or SAPStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keepingAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is preferredVisa sponsorship is available for non-Qatari candidatesThis is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship will be available for the right candidate.
