Accountant

We are seeking an Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting Team at Impact, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This role focuses on managing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy of financial records, timely reporting, and full compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling accounting responsibilities independently with a high level of accountability.Key Responsibilities:Record and review daily accounting entries in accordance with accounting standardsPerform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMaintain accurate general ledger and financial recordsIssue invoices to clients, partners, and vendors in line with company policiesMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections to support cash flowProcess payments, expenses, and payroll in coordination with the finance teamPrepare and maintain tax schedules and ensure regulatory complianceSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesCoordinate with internal departments on financial requirements and documentationImprove accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencyProvide financial data and analytical reports to support management decisionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial operationsStrong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systemsKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirementsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and coordination skillsGood command of English, both written and verbalPreferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar)Familiarity with financial controls and internal audit proceduresAbility to prepare structured financial reports for managementIf you’re looking for a role that strengthens your career in accounting, join us and start your journey with Impact.Apply now and be part of a team that makes a real difference.#J-18808-Ljbffr
