Accountant

<div><p>We are seeking an<b>Accountant</b>to join the<b>Finance&Accounting Team</b>at<b>Impact</b>, reporting directly to the<b>Accounting Manager</b>. This role focuses on managing the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy of financial records, timely reporting, and full compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.</p><p>The ideal candidate is<b>detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling accounting responsibilities independently</b>with a high level of accountability.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Record and review daily accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards</li><li>Perform regular<b>bank reconciliations</b>and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Prepare<b>monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</b></li><li>Maintain accurate<b>general ledger</b>and financial records</li><li>Issue invoices to clients, partners, and vendors in line with company policies</li><li>Monitor<b>accounts receivable</b>and follow up on collections to support cash flow</li><li>Process payments, expenses, and payroll in coordination with the finance team</li><li>Prepare and maintain<b>tax schedules</b>and ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>Support<b>month-end and year-end closing</b>activities</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments on financial requirements and documentation</li><li>Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency</li><li>Provide financial data and analytical reports to support management decisions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Accounting, Finance, or a related field</b></li><li><b>1–3 years of experience</b>in accounting or financial operations</li><li>Strong understanding of<b>general accounting principles</b>and financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency in<b>Microsoft Excel</b>and accounting or<b>ERP systems</b></li><li>Knowledge of<b>tax regulations</b>and compliance requirements</li><li>High attention to detail with strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Good command of<b>English</b>, both written and verbal</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Experience with<b>ERP systems</b>(e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar)</li><li>Familiarity with<b>financial controls</b>and internal audit procedures</li><li>Ability to prepare structured financial reports for management</li></ul><p><b>If you’re looking for a role that strengthens your career in accounting, join us and start your journey with Impact.</b></p><p><b>Apply now and be part of a team that makes a real difference.</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
