Furchild Food Stuff Supply LLC | Full timeAccountantDubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 10/03/2026FURCHILD is the first and only raw pet food company of its kind in Middle East.We empower pet parents by providing convenient access to top quality nutrition and natural pet products that will enable their pets to live a healthier, happier and more vibrant life.Discover the transformative power of our fresh, healthy, balanced raw meals, raw bones, all-natural chews and premium handcrafted freeze-dried treats.Our meals are formulated by the world's leading pet food experts, approved by veterinarians and utilise innovative safety and quality standards never before available to pets.Job DescriptionPost and reconcile daily sales fromonline, POS, and retail channels.Ensure accurate recording ofcustomer receipts (cash, card, bank, and online gateways).Coordinate with Customer Servicefor refunds and adjustments.Perform POS and subscriptionbilling reconciliations regularly.Record vendor bills ensuring propercoding, approvals, and matching with POs/GRNs.Reconcile vendor statements andprepare payment batches.Maintain up-to-date vendor ledgersand resolve discrepancies.Manage petty cash float andreplenishments with documentation and approval trail.Conduct bank reconciliations acrossmultiple accounts and gateways.Reconcile VAT ledgers and assist inquarterly VAT return preparation.Assist in journal entries,accruals, and month-end close activities.Support preparation of managementreports and variance analysis.Maintain compliance with internalcontrols and SOPs.Provide data and schedules forinternal and external audits.Collaborate with Operations,Commercial, and Production teams for proper accounting of transactions.Suggest improvements to accountingworkflows, automation, or documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting,Finance, or any relevant field.Minimum 4 years of accountingexperience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of accountingprinciples, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.,Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, Zoho).Familiarity with UAE VAT laws andcompliance processes.High attention to detail, ownershipof deliverables, and organizational discipline.Strong Excel skills and ability tohandle large volumes of transactional data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
