Accountant cum Logistics for General Trading Company

Compilation and preparation of monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements client invoice preparationPrepare review reconcile and issue bills invoices and account statements for clients according to company procedures.Coordinate the handling of freight logistics and the movement of robots along with necessary minor repairs.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.Monitor and take inventory on periodic basis to compile orders based on requirementsAccurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems (scanning and uploading the documents to Zoho)Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to concerned internal staff and record keepingRequirementsShould have experience in warehouse inventory and logisticsPreferable to have UAE Driving LicenseShould be hard working and committed Required Skills: Should have experience in warehouse inventory and logistics Preferable to have UAE Driving License Should be hard working and committed Key Skills Administration And Accounting,Accounting Software,Microsoft Office,Data Entry,Compliance,office supplies,Communication,Front Office Management,Scheduling,Computing,Payroll,Financial statement,Telephoning skills,ACCA,Administration And Secretarial Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
