Main tasksReceiving of invoices and requests for payments from external customer and internal department unitsPrepares Accounts Payable Schedule of suppliers and contractors reconciled with the General LedgerIdentifies invoice application of customer payments and reviews receivable adjustmentsPrepares and maintains aging of receivable report of assigned customersMonitors, verifies, checks and prepares schedules and journal entries for cash advances liquidations and petty cash replenishmentsPrepares journal entries for accounts reconciliationsPrepares monthly expenses report per cost centers and actual versus budget reportsConducts periodic inventory takingKnowledge in standard and general costingCoordinates to concerned employees for the implementation, application, and maintenance of the company’s accounting policies and proceduresAssists in ad hoc projects related to financeResponsibilitiesVerifies and processes payment of all liabilities to suppliers and contractors in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures on disbursementsReconciles, monitors, and maintains General ledger and subsidiary ledgers of all operating expenses, prepaid expenses, other payables, other assets and receivables with corresponding schedulesMonitors, updates and keeps records of all forms and information relating to fixed assets and performs asset tagging for the companyProfileUniversity/College GraduateCertified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant , preferred but not necessary#J-18808-Ljbffr
