Job Title: AccountantLocation: Business Bay DubaiSalary: Up to AED 7000/monthNotice Period: Up to 30 daysJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 5 years of experience including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE to join our team in Business Bay Dubai. Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records ledgers and reportsHandle accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger functionsAssist with monthly quarterly and annual closingsEnsure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirementsSupport internal and external auditsCoordinate with external vendors clients and internal departmentsMonitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of accounting experienceAt least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAEProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExperience in real estate or development companies is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAvailable to join within 30 days#J-18808-Ljbffr
